We offer a site investigation service that will assist loss adjusters, claims handlers and homeowners to determine the area of damage to the property and recommend the cause following a possible issue with subsidence to commercial or domestic properties whether the property is insured or not.

Our onsite engineer will have all the tools needed to carry out a full inspection in one visit, a comprehensive report is then prepared that includes detailed drawings of drainage plans, recommendations and quotes for repairs required.  All reports are overseen by a Chartered Structural Engineer.

All our reports can be accessed in real time via our Job Tracker service, which also allows our clients to video footage of their drainage inspection online.
